We spoke to the GM and he seemed there have plans for the grounds but still had some features not ironed out.

Mens Bathroom was filthy...like beyond gross...called so they could get them cleaned...2 days later still weren't done (husband used the womans bathroom all weekend). Quiet time didn't apply to staff, they partied later than anyone. Dogs are supposed.to be on leash yet every time u went for a walk there was some little dog off leash trying to attack u. Literally nothing for kids to do..antique swing set that is on its last legs. There's a lake..no way to get to iit and no beach at all. Upside there wad hardy anyone there lol... take my advice... go somewhere else.

Maybe I'm way off but, mid June seems to me to be the full swing of camp/RV season. But the camproud had maybe 4 trailers there.

I went here for their fathers day brunch. It was a simple buffet. But they certainly had the staples present. Bacon was cooked to perfection, and I think that was mainly what I ate there.

The building and entire park had a vibe of massive potential, but as it stands there was a lot of incompleteness. The lots for their campground was quite open and there wasn't a lot of privacy available. There didn't seem to be a beach. There were many building and structures there but they weren't being utilized. It felt a little bit sad being there because of the unspent potential.
